Here’s Why Current Treatment To Lower Blood Pressure And Cholesterol Are Ineffective For Many

I used to have high blood pressure and cholesterol level. I was told by my physician to take diuretic, anti-hypertensive, anti-cholesterol and to limit drinking water. All are current treatment for high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Diuretics are drugs that eliminates water and salt in the body. Anti-hypertensive drugs such as Lotrel, Vasotec, Atenolol… are drugs that either relaxes or dilate arteries and or suppress the body’s system to retain water. Anti-cholesterol drugs suppresses the liver in manufacturing cholesterol. Limiting water intake and salt intake is to reduce the water content of the body which is believed to cause high blood pressure.

Diuretics, anti-hypertensives, anti-cholesterol drugs, fluid and salt limitations are used in combination to lower blood pressure. As a nurse for 35 years I have seen people taking up to 8 combinations of those 3 types of drugs, drink only 4-6 glasses of fluids a day. And yet over the years their blood pressure and cholesterol remain uncontrolled leading to heart failure, kidney failure, stroke and sudden death.

For sometime, I myself took 1 diuretic hydrochlorothiazide, 1 Lotrel, 1 simvastatin, garlic tablet, herbal diuretics and I rarely drank water. And yet my blood pressure was still high.

Why did it not work? Because the very reason those drugs, limit fluid intake are trying to accomplish are just making the blood pressure and cholesterol go higher. Those treatments removes water and salt in the body and makes the body more dehydrated wich is te main cause of high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Lack of water or unintentional dehydration is the cause of high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Lack of water reduce the blood volume, blood is 85% water. The reduction of the blood volume makes the blood viscous causing high pressure to the walls of the arteries.

Lack of water causes Acidity of the body casing the blood to become viscous, sludge and even clot.

Lack of water or unintentional dehydration is the cause of high cholesterol level in the blood.

Diuretics like Lasix, Bumex, HCTZ promotes loss of water in body that is already dehydrated. Coffee, tea, soda and alcohol function also as diuretics. Hence, the more we take all of these substances the more dehydrated and acidic the body causing higher blood pressure cholesterol.

Anti-hypertensives like Lotrel, Vasotec, Atenolol all will stimulate more water loss, dilate the arteries causing the body to exert more effort to increase the pressure in the arteries to the brain and vital organs.The more water loss the more acidic the blood and the body will be.

Anti-cholesterol drugs supposed to lower cholesterol production by the liver but does not work because the body needs cholesterol to prevent further dehydration complicated more by diuretics and anti-hypertensive medications.

Countless people, including me reduced blood pressure and cholesterol levels by merely drinking Alkaline Water or Kangen Water. I drink 1/2 to 1 ounce per pound which translate to 3 1/2 to 7 liters of Kangen Water to hydrate and de-acidify my body. And I was able to stop taking diuretics, anti-hypertensive and anti-cholesterol drugs.

Stopping soda, coffee, tea and alcohol will further facilitate reduction in blood pressure and cholesterol level.
